MARKIE (M, 2 y/o) is a
very happy-go-lucky Maltese. He was found at a veterinarian's clinic
with his throat cut when he was just a puppy. The vet gave him to a
breeder who used him in her breeding program and later gave him up to
rescue. He has issues and can be nippy if he does not know or trust
you. He needs to go to a home without children and be adopted by
someone who knows how to work with dogs who have been abused in their
early life.
