Before
PEANUT (M, 3 m/o) was given up by a commercial
breeder when it was discovered that he had a Grade 4 heart murmur. On August 4th,
Peanut underwent open heart surgery (PDA) to correct this condition. The photos show
Peanut following surgery and later when he was forced to get a "big boy" haircut
to blend the previously shaved surgical area with the rest of his coat.
We are hoping to adopt Peanut with his older brother, Patrick. Preference will be
given to adopters who are willing to adopt the boys as a pair. |
